Description of Report

Report shows a student's year to date attendance percentage as calculated for ODE reporting purposes.  The source data for this report is PowerSchool Attendance Data. 


Shared reports that allow schools to quickly identify the diverse learners in their buildings and classrooms. 

Students presently enrolled in Advanced Placement courses.  

Students in the Class of 2025 and who are not alternatively assessed are expected to take the Spring 2024 State Funded ACT. 

Students in the Class of 2025 and 2026 who are not alternatively assessed and are enrolled in grades 10 or 11. 

A list of repeat Kindergarten students.  These students should not take the KRA and should take the MAP Growth Reading K-2 and iReady Math assessments during the Fall, Winter, and Spring windows. 

The State of Ohio requires students who are promoted to the 4th grade but did not earn a proficient score or higher on the Third Grade ELA State Test receive reading intervention services in fourth grade.  

Highest EOC score and highest ACT Reading, English & Math Score for each student in the Graduation Cohorts of 2022 and previous cohort years.  Report also shows student cumulative credits earned.
