SCHOOL BOARD ELECTIONS
On Wednesday, November 26, will be held School Council elections center's We inform you that as representatives of the families there are 3 positions to be renewed, so at least 3 candidates will be needed for those positions. Furthermore, it would be interesting if there were substitutes in case there is any circumstance in which one of the starters is absent.
The electoral roll for the correction of errors will be published on November 7 in the primary window facing the patio, and allegations can be presented until November 11. The final census will be published on November 12.
From November 13 to 18 is the deadline to submit candidacies . You must send us a letter in which your name, surname, ID and your presentation as a candidate appear, as well as a passport-type photo. The publication of the provisional list of candidates will be published on November 19 in the same window.
The current approved time for School Council meetings is Tuesdays at 3:30 p.m. We communicate this schedule so that potential candidates are aware of it, and have availability for these meetings, since they are mandatory to attend (online or in person).
You can file a claim until November 20, and the final lists of candidates will be presented on November 21.
On Wednesday, November 26, in-person voting will be held in the entrance hall of the building (door of the flags), at the following times:
8:55 a 9:30
13.45 a 14.30
15:15 a 16.45
If someone wishes to exercise their right to vote by mail , they can do so in the school mailbox between November 22 and 25, using the double envelope system, attaching to each envelope the following documentation for the attention of the Electoral Board:
First envelope (inside): The completed vote cast.
Second envelope (exterior): vote envelope + Photocopy of ID on both sides.
The voting ballot will be provided by the center starting November 22 and on the day of the elections they will be on a table located in front of the glass window of the secretariat.
