Cancel order lines before shipment confirmation. Note that cancellation actions are final and irreversible.

Perform a Full or Partial Cancellation
Log in to the Mirakl Platform. Navigate to Orders > All orders. Open the Order Details page for the target order. Click Cancel. Choose either: Full cancellation (cancels the complete order) or Cancel part of the order (cancels only selected lines or specific quantities of a line). Select the Cancellation reason from the drop-down menu. Click Cancel order.
Navigate to Orders > All orders and verify that the status of the target order or specific order lines has transitioned to Canceled. Alternatively, use API requests.
