A brand is a unique identifier that distinguishes products and ensures accurate identification within the Marketplace. The Conrad Marketplace verifies all brand data to maintain catalogue integrity. The verification process identifies whether your brands exist in the Conrad database. If the brand is missing, you must provide the required brand data.
Submit your complete brand list for validation. Provide the official names only, matching the trademark register spelling. Avoid all-caps and special characters like ®, ©, or ™.
Provide the mandatory data for every missing brand identified in a report.

Logo. High-resolution graphic asset (Format: EPS, SVG, JPG, PNG; Size: min. 450 px, 300 dpi)
Enter the Website URL and IPO URL directly into the report file. Send the logo files via email to your Marketplace Representative.

Locate the exact match in the results.
Verify the status is Registered. Ignore entries marked Pending, Expired, or Ended.

The Conrad B2B Marketplace only registers brands with an official trademark record. If your brand is not registered or you are selling non-branded items, list them as non-branded products.
In your product feed, enter “No Name” (Brand.267395) for the attribute ATT.GLOBAL.Brandname. You must provide both the EAN and the Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) for all non-branded products.
Yes. As a Manufacturer or Brand Content Owner (BCO), you have the exclusive right to provide first-party content for your products. The Conrad Marketplace prioritises your data to ensure your products are represented exactly as intended across all channels.
As a verified BCO, you receive control over the following content:
Titles
Texts
Assets
This prevents third-party data from overwriting your official brand representation and gives your content the highest possible priority in our system.
To maintain the quality of the marketplace and ensure a smooth setup, the following rules apply:
Data Priority: We prioritise your Titles, Texts, and Assets. Technical attributes from other sellers may still be merged to provide customers with the most comprehensive information possible.
Channel Priority: Your data is prioritised only in the specific channel where you have uploaded it. In channels where your data is missing, the data from other sellers is used.
Legal Priority: All content must pass legal checks. If provided content does not fulfil legal requirements, data from third-party sellers is used. For more information, consult with your Marketplace Representative.
Conrad First-Party Priority: The only exception to BCO data priority is products sold by Conrad. For legal reasons, including compliance with the EEA (European Accessibility Act), the system will prioritise Conrad assets over BCO assets.
