Platform Model Transition
To update your product assets, you must follow the logic based on your URL status:
Using the same URL: If the link remains identical but the image or document content has changed, you must add a suffix to the end of the URL (e.g., www.assets.com/myfiles/image.jpg?1). This "cache-busting" signals to Mirakl to download the new version. The processing time may take 1 hour.
Using a new URL: If you provide a completely different URL, our systems will detect the change automatically and no suffix is required.
Limitations:
Update your product assets manually and only once.
Do not automate updates, as this causes significant delays and increases processing costs.
Invalidate the product to completely remove an asset and create a new one.
Use a default system separator “##_##” to provide more than one value for attributes that support multiple entries.
Insert the separator between the labels of the values (e.g., “USB-A plug##_##USB-B plug”). Do not include spaces before or after the separator. The labels must exactly match the entries in the ReferenceData tab of your template.
Insert the separator between the value codes (e.g., “value.4824432##_##value.4824427”).
Define a unique separator. Navigate to Settings > Shop > Imports > Seller value separator. Enter your preferred separator (e.g., a semicolon). It must be different from the standard “##_##”.
Most third-party Software do not currently support multiple values for attributes due to integration complexity. Contact your Software Representative for more information.
The color shown is being calculated based on the leadtime-to-ship (LTTS) + 1 day. Fast track availability (LTTS < 4 days; < 3 days for DE), green availability (LTTS = 4-6 days; = 3-6 days for DE), yellow availability (LTTS > 6 days), and red availability (the product is out of stock).
