Connect an HTTPS/SFTP Server

Log in to Mirakl Platform. Navigate to Settings > Shop > Imports. Select the FTP / HTTP product import settings section and click the Activated checkbox. Enter your server connection details:

• Activated: Check to enable automatic imports

• Protocol: Select HTTPS or SFTP

• Host name: Enter server address (e.g., www.your-server.com) without protocols

• Port: Enter 443 for HTTPS or 22 for SFTP

• Path: Enter the absolute or relative file path (e.g., /your-data/products.xlsx)

• File type: Select CSV, XLSX, or XML

• User name: Enter your server credentials

• Password: Enter your server credentials

• Import mode: Select Normal

Click Save. Place your data file in the specified path on your server. Ensure the filename remains static to allow the system to detect updates.
