Follow structural requirements for both operator and custom feeds. Segment the catalogue into a product feed (content) and an offer feed (price and stock). Use .xlsx, .csv, or .xml formats. Process product and offer feeds independently to ensure system synchronisation.
Provide comprehensive data for required, recommended, and additional (category, filter & technical) attributes to increase discoverability. Verify attributes applied per specific category by generating a template in Mirakl Platform or using an API request PM11.
The Conrad B2B Marketplace rates data to ensure customers receive an optimal experience. The system determines your visibility based on the Product Content Score (PCS). Achieve top positions in category navigation, filters, and search results by providing rich data sets.
Monitor PCS in the Performance dashboard in Seller Portal. Maintain a score of 3+. Items with a score lower than 3 are automatically blocked from search results. These products are only accessible via the Seller’s or brand’s specific webpages.
Ensure the product feed includes these minimum attributes to facilitate basic catalogue creation.
