It is important that we all remain focused on actions we can take each day--even if it's just 10 minutes each day--to actively take care of our selves. As you know, I have created a webpage containing a range of self-care resources (which you can access by clicking on this hyperlinked text) and I will highlight some resources throughout the semester (like I am today) that might be of interest to some of you.

Below is Brene Brown's TedTalk on the "Power of Vulnerability." I highly recommend watching this talk and reading Brown's books The Gifts of Imperfection and Daring Greatly.
