I am sporadically good about setting boundaries in my life. Whether with friends, family, students, coworkers or the College, I still struggle to set and maintain healthy boundaries. Setting healthy boundaries is critical to self-care and healthy relationships. So, boundaries are the subject this week and, while there are a bunch of resources on the internet about healthy boundary setting and why setting boundaries is important, I am offering you a few resources below to get your exploration of the subject started.
