Do you say "yes" to requests of your time and energy even when you don't want to say yes and/or don't have time, energy or interest to do the thing that is being asked of you?

If that sounds like you, then setting boundaries is something you can do and need to do to nurture and protect your own mental health. The image above provides you with sample sentences you can use to respond to others when you are asked to do something that you don't have the time, energy or money to do or something you just don't want to do.

It's okay to set boundaries.

It's okay to make yourself a priority.

You can learn more about setting boundaries at the positive psychology website which you can access by clicking on this hyperlinked text.
