Rooms/Locations represent the spaces that members or users can book. Each location can include availability, booking options, descriptions, images, and optional internal details. This guide walks you through creating a new location and configuring its online availability, booking options, and additional information.
Add the location name.
If online booking is required, enable the Make Available Online checkbox.
Add the booking options available for this location that you have previously created.
4. Set the location’s availability for online booking. You can:
Select multiple days
Set start and end times for each day
Add multiple time slots for the same day
5. Set the short description for the location. You can highlight key features of the location. This description appears alongside the preview image.
6. Upload a preview image for the location.
7. Set the location type to group bookings by category when listed online.
8. At Other Details section, you can add optional information for internal use:
Add address of the location.
Add available activites supported at the location.
Set capacity field with number of people that can fit into the location.
Add additional information about accesibility details including how to reach the location and its physical conditions
9. Select Save to create the location.
