SMS Templates

To create SMS Templates, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to "Settings" and select "System Settings".

2. Click on "SMS Templates" to access the template management page.

3. Choose "SMS Builder" to create a new template.

4. To create an SMS template:

• Provide the template name.

• Specify the associated record from which the SMS will draw information.

• Craft your SMS body with the intended content and messaging.

5. Like the merge email template feature, you can link a specific field from the associated record into the SMS body. The chosen field's value will automatically populate the SMS.

• Parent Record: This option links to the primary record associated with the SMS template, allowing access to data directly from this primary record.

• Linked Record: This option refers to secondary records related to the primary record. It enables you to access and incorporate information from these linked records into the SMS template.

6. Click the "Save template" button to store your SMS template.

2. Saved SMS Templates

To access the templates you've created, including both Generic and Merge templates, go to the "Saved Templates" option.

You can edit, remove, or duplicate any existing templates as needed.
