Yibukté

Yibukté is the smallest country in Harbyrence, and has the highest GDP per capita out of any country in the continent.

Yibukte was established as a Junilian colony in Harbyrence sometime in the 12th century. It was further mandated in the 15th century and subsequently reinforced during the Scramble for Harbyrence. In 1915, it was occupied by Ailissine along with Trovillian Tauland. It was made part of Aile Mesarian Tauland briefly until 1922, when it was made an autonomous dominion under Junilian protection.

In 1939, the Juneblossom Islands tried to reintegrate the colony but was met with Aile resistance. Ailissine occupied the colony before returning it, albiet with greater autonomy, to the Juneblossom Islands. During WW2, Ailissine was quick to occupy Yibukte (along with neighboring Djeneubia) in order to prevent the loss of Mesarian Tauland, especially after the Fall of Gloriland.

In 1950, Ailissine annexed the colony into Mesarian Tauland, only for it to be granted full independence in 1952, two years later.
