Mokaddacia (known natively as Moqadda), officially the Ophelian Republic of Mokaddacia, and archaically Mukadia, is a country in northeastern Harbyrence. It borders Hyotta to the west, Itmol-Tulynn to the southwest, Niafre to the south, and has a maritime border with Seolgam. It has the highest percentage of Seolists of any country in the world, at 99.4% of the population adhering to the religion according to the government. Its capital and largest city is Ophel, the second-largest city in Harbyrence.
Mokaddacia was colonized by Ailissine in 1514 and declared the Governorate of Mukadia in 1601. The colony was significantly expanded during the Scramble for Harbyrence, between 1891 and 1901. In 1902, the colony was split from Mukadia into the colonies of Mukadacia and Ophelia. Ophelia was conquered by Seolgam during their war for independence in 1936. Mukadacia declared its independence in 1959 as the Republic of Mokaddacia, which would become the Ophelian Republic of Mokkadacia after West Ophelia was transferred peacefully from Seolgam to it in 1961.
