Overgrowth Territory

Overgrowth, officially the International Mandate of the Overgrowth Territory, is a region in northwest Annalin mandated by the CCB as an inaccessible region controlled and usable by no nations. Originally it was mandated by the Annalite Trifectorate, primarily against Humbilian aggression. Humbilia had claimed the entire region but had not settled most of it at the time. Humbilia currently proposes a new partition which would grant it control over Junglia and Vinian, as well as granting Thaonest some land, with the region of True Overgrowth remaining mandated.
