Fokelgam

Fokelgam, officially the Democratic Union of Fokelgam, or in Fokelgamish, the High Just Union of Fokelgam (Fokelgamish: Ler Hu Juft Union oc Fokelgam), sometimes Ailicized as Focelgam, is a socialist and Seolist country in Claustro that is currently part of the UASN. It was colonially ruled by Ailissine, but declared its independence in 1730. Fokelgam is split into four regions, Principal Fokelgam, Coastal Fokelgam, Autonomous Fokelgam, and North Fokelgam. Each one of these regions is also considered an Autonomous Republic, of which there are three others - Memoiregam, Syrsta, and the Oceanic Territories. Fokelgam additionally has some ownership over United Affiliated Overseas Possessions such as Oases, and lays claim to the currently-independent Numako Tropics as the eighth Autonomous Republic of Fokelgam. Formerly, Fokelgam also held Mouradgam, Sucesnea, Syalskaya, and the Greater Itmol as Autonomous Republics.

Fokelgam has several layers of government. The first layer consists of the Fokelgamish Prime Minister, who is elected for one-year terms for up to 5 consecutive years, and the three Dialers, who are elected for three-year terms and cycle with elections every year at the same time as the prime minister. Underneath the Prime Minister there are the five Advisors, who follow the five Fokelgamish political parties, (utilitarianist, libertarianist, egalitarianist, anarchist and statist) who are elected by the People's Representatives, a group of 50 people who are elected by the population of each state. In each of the four regions, there is a Regional Minister.

Fokelgam was formerly part of the Aile colony of Siersta West Claustro and the Clarityland, however the Fokelgamish Revolutionary War resulted in the independence of the two territories, which were formerly joined but disconnected by other colonial invasions during the war. North Fokelgam had its own separate revolution, formerly a part of the Aile Bourke colony, and opted to join Fokelgam as opposed to gaining independence as their own nation. They also took control of what is now the Numako Tropics, Autonomous Fokelgam, and Sucesnea, due to Aile loyalists fleeing to those regions. They also briefly occupied Szfasafia, Nery, and southern Gloriland, but these territories were reconquered or returned.

Fokelgam's first leader was Eston Sarial, who led the country to independence from Ailissine. Sarial was the first tsar in the Focelgamish Tsardom, which was abolished by revolution in 1783. The current Prime Minister is Kuveil Owais.
