The Science subjects offered at LCCC are designed to extend and provide authentic and relevant learning experiences for our students. Each course builds on knowledge and skills obtained in Years 7-10.

The courses are rigorous and designed to prepare students for a future in STEM learning and enterprises. Each course contains a depth study that is designed to provide opportunities for students to consolidate their learning, develop competence and express their creativity.

• Science Extension (Y12 only)

In Year 11, students may study up to 6 units of Science. In Year 12, students may study up to 7 units of Science, including Science Extension.
