Job Summary:
The Talent Scout identifies and recruits top talent across various fields to meet the organization's needs. They play a key role in shaping the company’s success by attracting skilled individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Identify and engage potential candidates through multiple recruitment channels, providing clear job details.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams to address recruitment challenges, escalating unresolved issues when needed.
Record Keeping & Candidate Tracking: Maintain records of candidate interactions, ensuring effective follow-up and understanding of each candidate’s journey.
Industry & Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and market demands to refine recruitment strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with knowledge of best practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM systems.
Experience using Google Workspace.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
A laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or later.
Reliable high-speed internet connection with at least:
*30 Mbps download speed
*5 Mbps upload speed (testable via speedtest.net).
Backup internet connection is required.
A dedicated work area free from distractions and background noise
