Job Title: Outbound Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary
The Outbound Sales Support Specialist is responsible for making 25 outbound calls daily to prospective clients, introducing CertainlyCX’s services, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. This role plays a key part in representing our brand and building early-stage relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make 25 outbound calls per day to assigned leads
Present CertainlyCX’s BPO services clearly and confidently
Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing fit
Log call outcomes and maintain accurate CRM records
Handle objections with professionalism and strong problem-solving skills
Schedule follow-ups and coordinate lead handoffs with the sales team
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sales efforts
Required Qualifications
Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills
Confident, professional phone presence
Experience in outbound sales or lead generation (preferred)
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient
Proficient with CRMs and communication tools
Positive, brand-aligned attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales, lead generation, or call centers
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Track record of hitting or exceeding call/lead targets
Background in sales techniques or business communication

Reliable high-speed internet connection with at least:

Backup internet connection is required.
