Job Summary: A Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, developing engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and executing campaigns that align with the company’s goals. This role involves close collaboration with other departments to ensure social media efforts effectively contribute to overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and edit blog posts, videos, graphics, and other platform-specific content to engage and grow the audience.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services.
Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategies based on audience engagement.
Community Management: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and gather feedback to build and maintain a strong online presence.
Collaboration & Communication: Communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports with insights and actionable recommendations to enhance social media strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent Writing Skills: Ability to craft engaging posts, captions, and messages that resonate with the audience.
Creativity: Skill in designing engaging, platform-specific content to drive audience interaction.
Strong Time-Management: Capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficient Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing and posting on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

A dedicated work area free from distractions and background noise
