Job Summary
The Video Content Creator is responsible for producing high-quality videos that bring our brand, people, and products to life. You’ll create 2–4 short videos per week for use across LinkedIn, internal channels, social media, and client communications.
Your videos will range from educational and product-focused pieces to people-centered stories that showcase company culture, thought leadership, and customer value. While we will provide topics and themes, we are looking for someone who can contribute fresh ideas, identify emerging trends, and grow into a strategic content voice within our team.
Key Responsibilities
Create 2–4 videos per week tailored for LinkedIn, social media, and internal use.
Develop engaging short-form and medium-length videos that align with brand tone and goals.
Edit content using Google Vids.
Collaborate with the marketing team to translate topics and ideas into clear, visual stories.
Maintain an organized workflow, ensuring deadlines and posting schedules are met.
Suggest new video formats, content ideas, and creative directions.
Adapt video content for multiple platforms (e.g., captions, aspect ratios, length).
Stay current on trends in video content, marketing, and social engagement.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience creating and editing short-form video content.
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
Proficiency with video creation tools such as Google Vids, Descript, Loom, CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Understanding of marketing, branding, and social media best practices is a plus.
