Job Title: Blog Writer / Content Writer

Job Summary
The Blog Writer / Content Writer is responsible for creating engaging, insightful, and polished content that represents our brand voice and connects with our audience. You’ll write 1–2 blog posts per week for our website and LinkedIn, helping to build our thought leadership presence, attract new audiences, and support marketing and sales initiatives.
We’ll provide you with topics and themes, but we also value someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table, identify industry trends, and suggest new content directions as they grow into the role.
Key Responsibilities
Write 1–2 high-quality blog posts per week (typically 800–1,200 words each).
Ensure all content aligns with our tone, style, and branding guidelines.
Collaborate with the Marketing Success Lead and marketing team to understand goals and priorities.
Conduct light research as needed to support blog content (e.g., facts, stats, or trends).
Optimize posts for readability, clarity, and SEO (we’ll provide guidance if needed).
Provide ideas for future topics based on audience engagement and industry developments.
Repurpose blog content for short-form posts on LinkedIn and other channels.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
English fluency at C1 or higher (C2 preferred for nuance, tone, and grammar mastery).
Understanding of tone, storytelling, and engagement in a professional context.
Comfortable working with feedback and collaborating with a marketing team.
Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus but not required.
Proven experience writing blogs, articles, or marketing content helpful but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to write for digital platforms, including websites and LinkedIn.
Experience collaborating with marketing or sales teams to align content with business goals.
Basic understanding of LinkedIn engagement strategies and repurposing long-form content into short posts.
Ability to perform light research to support data-driven or trend-based articles.

A laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or later.
Reliable high-speed internet connection with at least:
*30 Mbps download speed
*5 Mbps upload speed (testable via speedtest.net).
Backup internet connection is required.
A dedicated work area free from distractions and background noise
