Job Summary:
The A Plus Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs. This role involves building strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and supporting the organization’s recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Post job ads, network, and proactively engage candidates.
Screening & Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess qualifications.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and client-specific guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Strong understanding of recruiting techniques and sourcing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a staffing agency or high-volume recruitment.
Familiarity with recruiting for diverse industries and roles.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software for candidate management.
Problem-Solving & Relationship Management: Resolve issues during recruitment and build rapport with both clients and candidates.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment (if applicable)
A laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or later.
Reliable high-speed internet connection with at least:
*30 Mbps download speed
*5 Mbps upload speed (testable via speedtest.net).
Backup internet connection is required.
A dedicated work area free from distractions and background noise
