After graduating from Central, William Pardee furthered his education at Iowa State University and the University of Illinois where he received a Ph.D. in Physics. While in school at Iowa State University, he was named Graduation Scholar (1st Class) with a double major in Physics and Mathematics and a minor in Chemistry. William served as a Research Associate in Physics at the University of Oregon and Indiana University. William became a Principal Scientist of Information Sciences for Rockwell International Science Center. William was in charge of research requiring the supervision of PhDs and management of millions of research dollars.
