Welcome to our Class!
I was born and raised in this ever growing area and I am happy to finally be back teaching in a town I love. I am married to my wonderful husband, who is a firefighter for Celina, and together we have a handsome little 2 year old boy and another little boy due in Sept. 2022.
I am entering my 11th year of teaching. I have previously taught special education for 4 years and I spent 6 years teaching 3rd grade. I love what I do and I do it all in hopes to make a difference in the lives of our children.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family. We love football, baseball, fishing, and anything outdoors. In the off chance I have time, I do enjoy reading a good book
I am looking forward to another great year at Celina Primary!

Please print and fill out the About My Child page completely BEFORE you arrive for your meeting. If you do not have the ability to print this form out in advance, another option is a google form to fill out online here is that link.
Please bring the completed About My Child page or fill out the Google form and indicated supplies to your meeting time.
Once you have checked in, you will wait in the cafeteria until your teacher is able to meet with you to accompany you to her room.
Enjoy your visit with your new teacher! We are so happy to have you here with us. Once your visit has concluded, your teacher will accompany you to the exit on the south side of the building. You may follow the sidewalk around the building to get back to the parking lot.d
This list differs from the General Education Pre-K Classroom Supply List. If your child is in my classroom, your child only needs what is on this list and not what is on the Gen. Ed Pre-K supply list. There is NO need to label your child's supplies as the entire class will share all items throughout the year.

Daily folder- this folder will come home daily please check it daily for important messages from me. You may also used this folder to send messages to the teacher, such as changes in transportation, absences notes etc.

Please send TWO changes of clothes inside a gallon ziplock labeled with your child’s name. These will stay at school until needed. If your child uses these items at school please send a replacement set of clothes.

Our students will have recess and a snack time everyday. Please send a healthy snack and a water bottle with your child daily. We will keep their water bottle at school for the week and send it home on Friday's. Students need to wear sneakers every day to safely participate in recess. Unless your child is able to tie their own shoes, please only send them to school in either slip-on or velcro sneakers.
