Physician Relations:

If the agent receives a call from a providers office inquiring about a report and it isn’t read - the agents should be emailing physician relations to have it read then notating in Exa.

Please see below:

Verbiage: “ it doesn’t look like this is done just yet, would you like for me to expedite it for you? “

If no : then thank the caller –end/proceed with call as normal

if yes : follow the below steps

Email physician relations with this info: PhysicianRelations@simonmed.com

Please have report read per request of Mariah at Dr smith office

Note the accession
