Bean to Bar is a process of chocolate production starting from using dried cocoa beans to chocolate bars.
The chocolates are fabricated in my house using cacao beans bought directly in Sao Tomé e Principe . No edulcorant , conservative or taste enhancer products are added .Only 6 primary ingredients are used ; cacao, cacao butter, cane sugar (replaced by erythritol for sugar free chocolate) , milk powder (replaced by coconut milk powder for vegan chocolate) , hazenuts , Soja lecithine , (0,6%) (can be replaced by sunflower lecithine )
