All students are required to provide us with official transcripts which demonstrate completion of all work indicated on your AMCAS application; this includes verification of all degrees plus verification of any post-baccalaureate courses. These transcripts will become a part of your permanent medical student record.
Official transcripts bearing the seal and signature of the Registrar documenting these items are required. These transcripts should be sent to the Admissions office as soon as possible following the completion of all academic work, and certainly no later than June 25th.
We prefer to receive e-transcripts which can be sent from your registrar to: casemed-admissions@case.edu
