So, what are the next steps?

1. AAMC Criminal Background Check: Now that you are accepted you will be receiving an email request from Certiphi Screening, the AAMC's background check provider, to complete their background check. This must be done as a part of your acceptance requirements.
2. Bookmark this site, as we will be updating it frequently over the coming months with new information that will help you prepare for your medical education at CWRU SOM.
3. Request to join the Class of 2022/2023 Facebook group to start to connect with future classmates and to receive periodic updates.
4. CELEBRATE and check out that cool Acceptance Video again!

IMPORTANT DATES FOR THE UNIVERSITY PROGRAM:

• SECOND LOOK WEEKEND: Save the dates of April 20 & 21, 2018 to come back to CWRU SOM for an entertaining, informative and exciting second visit.
• START DATE: Classes and Orientation will begin on July 11, 2018. Detailed pre-enrollment information and instructions will be communicated to you and updated on this site beginning in April, 2018.
• WHITE COAT CEREMONY: Your White Coat Ceremony will be held at Severance Hall (Home of the world-famous Cleveland Orchestra) on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at 11:00 am. Detailed information will be shared with you via email and updates on this site in May, 2018.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR THE COLLEGE PROGRAM:

• SECOND LOOK WEEKEND: Save the dates of March 29 & 30, 2018 to come back to CCLCM for an informative and exciting second visit.
• START DATE: Orientation will begin the week of July 9, 2018. Detailed information will be shared with you via email.
• WHITE COAT CEREMONY: Your White Coat Ceremony will be held at Severance Hall (Home of the world-famous Cleveland Orchestra) on Sunday, July 15, 2018. Prior to the ceremony, CCLCM will host a breakfast for you and your family from 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. at the InterContinental Hotel. Detailed information will be shared with you via email and updates on this site in May.
