Email & IT Support

Email service for CWRU is provided through Google Apps for Education, a collaboration suite of services that includes a 25+ GB case.edu email account and access to dozens of other Google Apps including Google Sites, Google Docs and Google Talk (IM). Email can be read in clients such as Outlook, Thunderbird, and Mail for Mac. Check out more information on how to use the G Suite for Education.

Email addresses are distributed at the time of Network ID activation. Only actively affiliated members of the CWRU community and alumni have a Network ID and @case.edu email address.

Take Me There: webmail.case.edu

A common email question: Do I have two email accounts since I have a first.name@case.edu and abc123@case.edu email address?

No, they are the same. You can use or share whichever one you prefer.
