You must activate your Case Network ID (example: abc12) in order to access the Parking Permit site. You would have activated your Case Network ID during the Financial Aid process.
Once activated, you can register for a FALL parking permit beginning on June 6 at 12:01 am by visiting the Parking SITE. You can also find information on rates on the Parking site. You can choose the date to begin your parking permit to be as early as July 1 for Fall parking. We advise students to log in to the parking website prior to June 6 to ensure they have access. If you cannot log in with their network ID and password, they will need to contact us at parking@case.edu to set up their parking account.
It is in your best interest to reserve parking as early as possible in order to get a location close to School.
Those that need a parking permit prior to July 1 will need to acquire a Summer parking permit which will need to obtained in person at Access Services. (New med students don't usually need parking prior to July 1 but we're giving you this info just in case)
For parking permit registration you will need to provide the following information about your vehicle:
For questions concerning parking call Access Services at 216-368-2273 or parking@case.edu.
Parking permits can be mailed to the student’s home address ten (10) days before the parking permit’s start date or picked up by the permit holder in our office five (5) days before the start date. We cannot mail to campus addresses.
See the document below for more information about parking for graduate students.
Is there parking near the medical school?
Yes, students who choose to drive to school usually purchase a parking permit for Lot 53 or Lot 44, both of which are very close to the medical school. Lot 53 is the parking garage closest to the wind turbine while Lot 44 is a surface lot on the other side of the bridge off of Adelbert Rd. Here is a map. It is in your best interest to reserve parking as early as possible in order to get a location close to School.
Med Student Tips:
#1: Everyone who purchases a parking permit will have after hours access parking in the SOM building (Lot 55 - in the basement of the SOM).
#2: Some current students have suggested keeping several quarters on hand, as there are several metered parking spots in and around our campus area.
#3. Medical students typically choose lots 53 (garage) or 44 (surface lot).
