Conditions of Acceptance

Continued acceptance and ultimately, matriculation, are contingent upon several factors, including:

• maintained validity of application materials, successful completion of all academic programs in progress at the time of application
• clean results of the AAMC sponsored criminal background check
• delivery of official final transcripts from prior colleges and/or universities that you have attended (see transcript section for more information)
• you must maintain your current high personal and professional standards.

Failure to comply with any of these requirements could lead to rescission of your acceptance and even to dismissal after matriculation. Should any of these components of your application change, you must notify our office immediately at casemed-admissions@case.edu.
