Student IDs

Once you are enrolled into the University’s Student Information System (SIS), you will be able to receive your CASEONECARD, also known as your Student ID. Each new student will need to complete the checklist by clicking on "Submit Photo Online" in order to submit your student ID photo online. You will need to upload an appropriate color photo and a copy of a government issued ID card (state driver's license, passport, military ID, or visa). The government issued ID is used to verify your identity. Your Student ID can be picked up at the School of Medicine Registrar's Office on the 4th floor AFTER JULY 5TH. Bring your government issued ID with you at the time you pick up your Student ID.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The School of Medicine can only be accessed by swiping your Student ID so it will necessary to pick up your ID prior to July 11.

Your Student ID will be used to check out books from libraries and to gain access to buildings, parking lots, and the Veale Recreation Center. It can also be used as a debit card for Case Cash for purchases on campus and at other local businesses. Additionally, the Student ID card can be used for Case’s Free Access Program.
