Starlight Talent Showcase 2025

Starlight is an annual talent competition among Catholic youth on the North Shore. This year, it was held on July 19th. The Youth showed off their passion and talent throughout the night. They pushed themselves to their limits trying to win over the hearts and minds of the judges and audience. It was a night full of enjoyment and applause from the audience. All Performers showcased their talent with grace and technique, truly winning over all people in the building.

Congratulations to the winners:

1st: HQJ Trio

Hugo, Quillian and Josh, the HQJ trio, showed their true mastery of music through their performance. They held the audience captive with their prowess, showing why they got first place.

2nd: William Higgins

Performing his own Piece called ‘Butterfly’, He entranced the audience with his prowess on the piano securing himself second place.

3rd: Ashton Miles

Ashton Miles, only eleven years old, showed that being young doesn’t mean that you can’t rock the show. He performed a wonderful performance from a musical, showing his talent in not just singing but also acting and stage presence.
