The district has created a more defined process when requesting a digital resource. Efforts have been made to be very transparent with the current list of resources and the tools that are used to determine whether the request is a good fit for our district.
The first step is to take a look at the Digital Resource Approval Process website. Here you will be able to access the current resource list, a process flowchart, a vetting rubric, and guidance through the new process.
Be sure to understand the process before submitting a ticket.
Look for the new button called Digital Resource Request under Software/Online Systems or Other Requests in the Help Desk.
