Synergy is our Student Information System (SIS). We use Synergy to take attendance, arrange seating charts, enter grades, find parent contact information, and more.
Clever is our single sign on program that holds most of our district's curriculum apps and more.
Staff can log in using their username and password.
Our K-6 students can use a QR code to easily log in.
ParentSquare is our two-way communication tool that we use with our families and community.
ParentSquare has built-in features, such as newsletters, conference sign-ups, event calendars, volunteer sign-ups, and much more!
Our district uses Google for Education Plus. Make sure you're familiar with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and other Google products.
If you are having trouble with your computer, iPad, or classroom technology, we request that you create a helpdesk ticket.
Our ticket system allows many people to view your ticket to quickly solve your issue or escalate the ticket to another level of support.
Curriculum and other frequently used apps that have been vetted are available in the Self Service App on the iPads. Students, with the teacher's guidance, can download the apps that they need for classroom work.
You also have Self Service on your laptop that allows you to download software, run updates, and find helpful district links.
Our Absence management system and our employee portal can be found on the HR Resources page.
We are a 1:1 iPad district. Each student and teacher will be assigned an iPad to use during the school year.
We are primarily a Mac district, with the exception of a few high school labs and staff who need to run specific software.
While it's fine to use Safari or Firefox, our district's preferred browser is Google Chrome. Chrome works best for our most frequently used websites, such as Synergy and Gmail.
Apple Classroom is an app for iPad and Mac that helps you guide learning, share work, and manage student devices.
