Hello, I'm Miss Maxwell! I'm From Twin Falls, Idaho and I'm a Junior at Brigham Young University-Idaho, studying Elementary Education with a minor in Mathematics Education. I am projected to graduate in the winter of 2025, after which, I will be looking to teach kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grade in Oregon, Washington, or Alaska. 

My philosophy for education is that it should encourage further learning and nurture a desire in students to learn more. Students should be holistically supported in their development and understanding. This includes their emotional as well as physical development. Students need to learn to respect themselves as well as others and understand whatever past negative experiences they've had with education or other aspects of their lives, they can grow from it and not let it define their future opportunities.
