Hi! My name is Samantha Slater. I am a teacher candidate in my sophomore year. I am the first of seven children of my family and want to be a teacher for many reasons, but I feel that I want to be a teacher of many traits that make me unique.  I love the quote, "Our present circumstances may not change, but through God’s compassion, kindness, and love, we will all receive more than we deserve.” This quote by Elder Renlund because it shows how our efforts with the Lord by our side can help us to give our best to teach others.
