As a teacher I want my students to be able to see their potential. When students understand their potential they are able to gain the confidence they need to succeed in school and in life. As a teacher I want to be a guide in helping my students see all the potential that they have. In my classroom I will facilitate group work and discussion that will help students see the value in their thoughts and ideas. I will welcome all these thoughts and ideas and help my students explore these as we go through the curriculum. Every class day will become an exploration. I will provide them with different resources to assist them in this exploration and they will find success in their own findings. With this they will be able to see their potential within.
