A running record tracking a student’s self-correction rate and accuracy. The atudent reads a passage while I marked miscues. I recorded whether the student self-corrects errors. The Student reflects on what strategies helped correct mistakes. Data-driven feedback helps struggling readers recognize patterns in their errors and improve their self-correction skills.
