1. Teachers, please contact your administrator for approval if you would like to schedule an Extended Classroom (EC) performance and confirm that your district has Extended Classroom funds available.

2. Determine which artist & program from the catalog you would like to book and schedule with them directly.

3. Submit an EC Order Form with the district approver's signature to Jacqueline Duffey at least Three Weeks in advance of your scheduled date.

   • Please give BOCES a 6-8 weeks notice if you would like to book an artist outside of our catalog. We will need time get a contract in place and cannot process payment for artists not in our contracted catalog. 

   • If a contract is unable to be formed Extended Classroom funds will not be able to be utilized.
