He may not be from another planet, but the rope jumping feats he performs are certainly out of this world. This is not your little sister's game of "Skip-To-My-Lou."
The Rope Warrior -professional athlete/entertainer/author - is a lean, mean, jumping machine who executes stunts that most of us can't even imagine-using a jump rope, and is the current Guinness World Record holder for the most "Rump Jumps" (jumping rope while reclining on his bottom) in one minute.

Ropenastics: Rope Jumping in a New Dimension- a highly entertaining look at a great cardiovascular activity! ROPENASTICS is a combination of rope jumping, rhythmic gymnastics, dance and martial arts. The Rope Warrior’s amazing repertoire includes such razzle-dazzle techniques as: glow-in-the-dark ropes and his Guinness World Record setting “tush-ups” (jumping rope while sitting or lying on the floor) - all to a background of energizing music (including The Rock 'N' Rope Warrior's song, "J.U.M.P."). The interactive program also covers an explanation of the benefits of aerobic activities, a look at equipment and safety, and with help from audience members, demonstrates teamwork and cooperation. There is a short question and answer period at the end of the performance.
BASIC SHOW:
- Understand the many benefits of aerobic exercise and distinguish which sports and activities are aerobic in nature.
- Understand the importance of teamwork, being a good listener, and not being afraid to make a mistake.
SCIENCE RELATED SHOW:
The BASIC show plus:
- Understand what muscles are used when jumping rope
- Understand how rope jumpers battle friction, gravity, centrifugal force, and aerodynamic drag
- Learn which part of the rope travels fastest, and how to calculate the speed of a jump rope
LEARNING THE ROPES: (Anti-Bullying Show)
Basic show plus:
- Discuss what respecting others, property, your elders and yourself entails.
- Understand what empathy is, and why it is important.
DANCE RELATED SHOW:
The BASIC show plus:
- Understand the difference between axial movements and locomotor movements.
- Be able to identify basic locomotor movements and describe how they are combined to make dances.
- Determine which popular dances or styles of dance are distinguished by axial movements, or locomotor movements, or both.
- Discuss how a choreographed Ropenastics routine incorporates movement, space, time, and force (the elements of dance.)
NUTRITION SHOW
The BASIC show plus:
- Understand that your body needs fuel (calories) to be active and perform your best
- Understand MY PLATE
– fruits and vegetables, grains and protein, dairy
- Understand the difference between Foods with Nutrients and Empty Calorie Foods
- Understand how to read nutrition labels, and how to cut down on sugar

The Rope Warrior is based in Indianapolis and pricing is based on whether presenters schedule already places them on the East Coast:
If presenter is not on the East Coast:
Isolated Day Fee: $2,500
Full school day can include up to 4 shows and/or as many workshops as wanted
If presenter is on the East Coast:
$750.00 for a single show (45-60 minutes)
$1,200.00 for a double (2 shows back-to-back)
$1,800.00 for a full school day (1 or 2 shows plus workshops)
Full week residencies are also available
