Video Conferencing
This Distance Learning Service provides opportunities for districts to participate in video conference programs through content providers, collaborations, and professional development. Please check that your district is enrolled in this service before submitting the request form.
Scheduling Procedure
Teachers, contact your administrator for approval if you would like to schedule a video conferencing session.
Confirm that your district is subscribed to this service.
Determine which provider you would like to use (see recently used vendors below).
Teachers/admin, schedule your program with the provider directly.
Submit Video Conferencing Request Form with the district approver's signature to Jduffey@btboces.org.
Teachers will conduct the session via Zoom or another distance learning platform.
Deadlines for Registrations
For Video Conferences with a charge: Funds must be available in your district budget at least 15 business days prior to the finalized program date.
For all Video Conferences (including those that are free): BOCES must receive the Video Conference Request Form at least 15 business days prior to the finalized program date.
