JA Our Families - 1st Grade Shows how family, jobs, and businesses benefit the community.

JA Our Community - 2nd Grade Immerses students in the daily life of their community, the people who work there, the money decisions they make, the flow of the community's economy, and the importance of being involved and responsible community members.

JA Our City - 3rd Grade Explores how money flows in an economy, how their personal interests relate to future jobs, and how their actions can affect their town or city.

JA Our Region - 4th Grade Introduces how regional differences affect jobs, resources, trade, and consumer choices.

JA Our Nation - 5th Grade Introduces the economy, career exploration, and community involvement.

JA More Than Money – 3rd, 4th, or 5th Grade Introduces smart money-management skills, goods and services, and global markets. Aligned with NYS Personal Finance Learning Objectives for the Elementary School Band

Elementary Programs - $350 (5 lesson – 5 visit programs)

JA Economics for Success® introduces students to initial work and career readiness and personal finance concepts. The program offers 6 or more or more instructional contact hours (ICH) based on modular delivery of at least 6 of the 10 sessions. (Grades 6-8)

JA Company Program® Pop-Up teaches students how to plan, launch, and operate their own business venture within a structured, guided experience. Throughout the start-up process, students collaborate, make crucial business decisions, practice communication skills, and develop entrepreneurial knowledge and skills. Seven sessions in addition to running their business (Grades 6-8)

JA It's My Future® offers middle school students practical information to help prepare them for the working world. Students explore career resources to develop the job-hunting skills needed to earn a job. (Grades 6-8) The program includes six 45-minute sessions, with additional extended learning activities and optional digital assets offered throughout.

JA Finance Park® Entry Level Junior Achievement's capstone program for personal financial planning and career exploration. At the culmination of this teacher-led program, students visit JA Finance Park, a virtual community, to put into practice what they've learned by developing and committing to a personal budget. (Grades 7-8). Aligned with NYS Personal Finance Learning Objectives for the Middle School Band.

Middle/High School Programs - $500 (lessons vary per program and could also include and event or virtual simulation)

JA Be Entrepreneurial® is a reimagined, modular learning experience that teaches students about the mindset and the skills needed for success by aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators who add value to any organization. Modules can be offered together or as stand-alone experiences, with each module culminating in a self-guided project and learning artifact. This program includes the JA Entrepreneurial Youth Summit, an in-Person off-site event typically held in late May, early June. Students will be paired in groups of 4-5 to explore the fundamentals of entrepreneurship.Participating students will have the opportunity to compete in a national competition, JA Social Innovation Challenge, which provides a platform for them to share their innovative ideas for improving their communities and to compete for national honors.

JA Take Stock in Your Future® Students discover the benefits and challenges of investing in the stock market as part of a broader, long-term investment strategy and the risks and rewards of trading. (grades 9-12) The program includes five 45-minute sessions that introduce students to basic concepts about how the stock market works and the impact of current events on the stock market. The program also includes multiple self-guided extension activities that engage students in deeper learning about the stock market and investing. Also includes an optional online or site-based JA Stock Market Challenge competition.

JA Titan® a simulation-based program in which high school students compete as business CEOs in the phone industry, experiencing firsthand how an organization evaluates alternatives, makes decisions, analyzes the outcomes of those decisions, and then strategizes what to do next. (Grades 9-12) The blended model comprises 11 sessions that include tutorial sessions, game-play strategy sessions, a competition session, and deep dive sessions. Participants complete a minimum of 5 sessions, in any order. An optional event or in-class competition may be included.

JA Future Ready Leaders® a leadership development learning experience that prepares high school students to lead through character, communication, and intentional decision-making. Rather than learning about leadership in the abstract, students practice it in realistic situations, reflect on how they respond, and apply those skills in an authentic classroom setting. JA Future Ready Leaders culminates in students earning volunteer hours and facilitating JA sessions for Grades K–5 students in elementary classrooms.

JA Finance Park® Advanced Junior Achievement's capstone curriculum for personal financial planning and career exploration. An advanced curriculum and simulation give high school students a more personal focus. Students select their career and define their future lifestyle and financial goals. The advanced simulation allows students to see the long-term impact of their education, savings, and credit decisions. They will take a deep dive into financial consequences of life choices and decisions impacting long-term goals, navigating financial decisions through various life stages, budgeting beyond one month.(Grades 9-12). Partial alignment with NYS Personal Finance Learning Objectives for the High School band.

JA Essential Skills for Work™ an engaging and comprehensive learning experience that introduces teens to the workplace. As interns, they participate in realistic work experiences in multiple departments of a fictional company, Orbit Boom. The learning experience enables participants to learn and apply career skills through scenarios and a project. Participants apply active listening, critical thinking, and professional writing to complete capstone learning artifact that showcases their transferable skills in a real-world context. Upon completion, participants are eligible to earn JA’s Essential Work Skills Credential, which can be shared with employers or colleges. (Grades 10-12). Aligned with NYS Portrait of a Graduate.
