Deep brachial a

Also called the profunda brachii a., or the deep artery of the arm.  The deep brachial a. is a branch of the brachial a. that runs with the radial n. in the posterior compartment of the arm, right up against the humerus in the radial groove.  The deep brachial a. is the main blood supply to the posterior compartment of the arm.
