What can you expect from your Brown Annual Fund Staff Liaison?
The Brown Annual Fund team members are here to make your volunteer experience meaningful, impactful, and rewarding. At Brown we know your time is valuable, and we have worked to create a program that is flexible, can be catered to your interests, and requires a minimal time commitment.
Throughout the year we will provide you with:
Regular communication via email, video conference, and/or phone regarding committee recruitment, committee/council goals, and gift commitments.
Biographical and financial information on your assignments to aid you in “making the ask.”
Guidance in your use of the Volunteer Fundraising Portal.
Monthly assignment updates and progress to goal.
Sample solicitation templates to aid in your outreach.
Intermittent committee/council conference calls or virtual meetings.
Gratitude for your outreach, dedication, and a job well done!
