Greetings Creekside Middle School Community,

Welcome to the first Creekside Newsletter for the 2022-2023 school year. Our purpose is to communicate what's taking place at CMS and to ensure our community is getting necessary information about upcoming events. We will publish a newsletter every three or four weeks.

Breakfast & Lunch

Have you deposited funds into your child's school meal account? Students are charged for each meal they eat from the cafeteria. Breakfast costs $2.05 each day, and lunch costs $2.85 (K-6) or $3.05 (7-12) each day. Visit bentonville.familyportal.cloud to add money to your child's account or click on the "Apply for Benefits" button to find out if your family is eligible for free and reduced price meals.

When a student reaches the age of Eleven, it is time for them to have the TDaP immunization.
Every students must have this immunization be able to attend school. You may have this done at the student's doctor or the Benton County Health Department located at 1200 W. Walnut St #2200, Rogers, AR (479)-986-1300.
The Health Department can double check all the students immunization and enter them in the state records. You will need to take the most current immunization records with you.

Celebrate Culture Night!

Osage Creek and Creekside Middle are joining forces on October 13th to host a Celebrate Culture Night for our families. Organizations have been invited to show aspects of their art and culture (there will be food from Spice Shuttle, cricket and badminton demos outside, and several performances), but we want our families to play the main role by giving YOU an opportunity to have a booth to showcase your family's culture.

PTO Fall Mum Sale

The Creekside PTO is selling locally sourced direct from the farm mums for our fall fundraiser!

Use the link below to preorder your beautiful mums! There is a link at the end of the order form to pay via Square.

All funds raised will be used for playground improvement for our students.

Mum pickup will be Saturday, September 24th from 8-10am in the Creekside Parking Lot.

There are several colors to choose from, you will pick your own mums from our inventory. Please note: First come, first serve on the colors.

Creekside Middle School Ice Pop Coupon Participants!

Creekside Choir

Hello choir families! :) Please make sure that your student's choir dues have been paid, so that choir t-shirts and materials can be ordered. Winter choir concert is on Dec. 1st. 5th grade concert will be at 6:30 and 6th grade concert will be at 7:30. The concert will be held in the CMS Cafetorium.
