Residency verification letters will be mailed out with report cards. Residency verification begin in July for the start of 22-23 school year. Two Proofs of Residency are required. They will need to be uploaded through the etrieve account
When a student reaches the age of Eleven, it is time for them to have the TDaP immunization. This is a one time injection/immunization for Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis (TDaP). Every students must have this immunization be able to attend school. You may have this done at the student's doctor or the Benton County Health Department located at 1200 W. Walnut St #2200, Rogers, AR (479)-986-1300. The Health Department can double check all the students immunization and enter them in the state records. You will need to take the most current immunization records with you.

The Fun Side of Creekside
Students had the opportunity to tour the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville. Students asked great questions and many could see themselves attending the university in the future.
