The Fun Side of Creekside
Musical Update - We are having a parent meeting on Thursday, November 2nd and 6:00 pm in the CMS Cafeteria for anyone interested in learning more about our first ever CMS Musical, Beauty & The Beast, Broadway Jr. If your student is interested in auditioning for a role or if you or your student is interested in helping with building sets, working tech, or a backstage job, we would love to see you there! If you are interested but unable to attend please email, Mrs. Candice Nugent, at cnugent@bentonvillek12.org for a Google Meet code to the meeting. At this meeting, we will cover the timing for auditions, the audition process, and the rehearsal schedule.
CMS Choir
Winter Concerts will be held on Thursday, December 7th. 5th grade will perform at 6:30 and 6th grade will perform at 7:30. Students are to wear their new choir t-shirts and black or dark colored pants with no holes. Students are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the concert. 5th grade families will park in the Creekside parking lot. 6th grade families will park at the Osage Creek parking lot. We are hoping that this will help with traffic flow and parking availability. The doors will open 20 minutes prior to the performance, which is 6:10.
We are excited about everything happening in the world of choir and the musical! Feel free to reach out with questions. Thank you!
