Nokia 3310 2000

The Nokia 3310 was released in 2000 and was amazing for its time. It had a display of 240 pixels x 320 pixels. This also introduced games to phones and had many games but the most popular is Snake. It was also slim for its time and very portable because before then people hauled around bricks to call on. These also came in white, light blue, blue and a limited edition gold color. You can actually still buy this phone today on amazon for $29.95 but is only sold as refurbished. You can also find these phones on eBay as cheap as $12.00.
Samsung Fold Phone

The company Samsung released a new phone a couple of weeks after the release of the Samsung S10. This phone was considered a flop for its price. The concept of this phone was an awesome idea a phone that can also turn into a tablet. There were a couple of reasons this phone was a flop, the main reason was the screen protector. When unboxing this product most people had the same problem which was: when taking off the plastic cover that’s on the phone so it doesn't scratch in the box, it ripped off the screen protector. Yes, it's just a screen protector, but the screen got demolished when it ripped off with a big black blob on the screen and also it would be hard and expensive to find a screen protector that folds. Another problem is the case because it looks ugly and covers some of the screen, and it takes adhesive to apply, and you get all this for an extreme price of close to $2,000. It isn't all bad things though, it also has an extreme amount of power and when the fold does work it is nice to have a tablet to watch your favorite show or movie on and also the camera is really nice for if you want to take pictures or video with it.
4DX Movie Theater

South Korean company CJ 4DPlex has created groundbreaking technology for movies. The technology of 4DX to create an environmental effect, so that when there is a tornado hitting a house in your favorite movie “Sharknado,” you feel a gust of wind and a light drizzle of water, or when you are watching Fahrenheit 451 you feel a breeze of hot wind upon your face. It also has a 4D sound which is a better surround sound. So far there are 261 cinemas in 41 states including Oregon. This is a very exciting development in cinema and I’m excited to see where it goes.
LG Rolling TV

The company LG has created groundbreaking technology to save space in your home with a rolling TV that is also a sound bar with a built in Alexa. This Tv was announced this year at CES. With this technology, there are multiple panels of screens that snap together so perfectly you can not see the connecting lines. There is a couple modes on it, the away mode which is just the sound bar, then there is the music bar mode which is a sliver of the TV that has an alexa and music system build in, and then there is the regular TV mode which is a full on TV. There are many positives to this TV such as good sound quality, and saving space but then again it comes at the expensive price of a whopping $3,300.
Tesla Model Y

The company “Tesla” located in California run by Elon Musk has released a car on the 15th of March, The car name was the Tesla Model Y. There are many similarities between the Model 3 and the Model Y mainly with self-driving. With the new Model Y, it has features like front-facing sensors that can detect a car 160m before even getting to it so it can break just in time, there are also 12 supersonic sensors all around the car to tell where the road lines are and where other cars are. Another feature is if you keep your hands off the wheel too long in the self-drive mode it will stop the car and with disabling auto drive for 5 hours. Last but not least there are the superfast charging speeds, the car can charge 162 miles in just 15 minutes! The starting price of this vehicle is $39,000 for the standard model which has a max speed 120 mph and a max price of $60,000 for the performance model with a max speed of 150 mph. The vehicle is classified as an electric SUV. With this new car, Tesla hopes to make a more affordable vehicle that a person with an average salary could buy.
Tesla Model 3

Tesla - a car company made by Elon Musk- created a car in Fremont, California in 2019 that is bigger and better than all the other Tesla cars, with amazing features like self-driving. The Tesla Model 3 is run by Tesla batteries that last an amount of time depending on the model you get such as mid-range model which is the shortest drive time but cheapest of them all at a price of $44,000. Then there is the Performance model which is the longest lasting battery but is at a price of $62,000. Their weight also varies from 3,686 lbs to 4,072 lbs. I think the most important feature of all though is the 8 cameras and 12 sonic sensors that detect the road for self-driving feature. It originally was only self-drive on highways but now it is self-drive on a normal road. With the cameras, it detects road lines and turns and stop lights, and with the sonic sensors detecting other cars to stop it from getting in a crash.
Is Samsung Galaxy S10 too expensive?

- The company Samsung who makes phones, televisions, and home appliances are coming out with their tenth phone; The SAMSUNG GALAXY S10. The release date for this phone is set to be sometime this year or early next year all around the world. This phones comes in many different colors such as yellow, black, green, blue, and white, and also in many different features like canary, prism and ceramic. They’re releasing this phone to compete with Apple. Most of the time people buy Samsung for the cheaper prices, but with the new phone coming out are they really doing this? The cheapest being at $859 and the best one but most expensive is $1,719. “So why buy it?” you might ask. Well, the cheapest one has 6GB of Ram and 128GB of space. That is a pretty good deal. But why buy the $1,719 one? Well that one has 12GB of Ram and a whopping 1TB of space!!
